- Define technical requirements, evaluate technology options, and establish scalable architectural patterns for new product initiatives from the ground up.

- Built a commission engine from zero: multiple fee types with configurable, strategy-based application rules and automated recurring settlement cycles, supporting high-volume multi-vendor catalogs.
- Maintain a multi-jurisdiction tax engine covering EU and US rules, and extended invoicing with external fiscal processors for end-to-end localized billing.
- Integrated four payment providers and transactional email delivery, with full audit-trail behavior across financial computation and currency handling.
AI & Automation
- Built an LLM-driven localization pipeline on a batch inference API covering 9 languages, thousands of static labels and large volumes of dynamic content, with a manual-override layer - reducing new-language launches to a roughly one-week automated process.
- Automated the release process end to end: issue-tracker and version-control status synchronization plus merge-request and release-tag creation from a single branch push, cutting per-release effort from hours of combined engineering and PM work to minutes.
- Build internal tooling, code generators and scaffolding that accelerate feature work and enforce consistent standards.
Performance & Engineering Excellence
- Optimized ORM query patterns and introduced caching strategies that brought API responses under one second.
- Led the migration to a TypeScript-first codebase and authored the code conventions adopted across a 10-15 developer team, enforced through rigorous code review and hands-on mentoring.
